The food was delicious - variety of options. We took an a twin room and it had cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a writing desk. Location: the hotel was next to Terminal 3, the airport and the shuttle service, and the best restaurants for a good brazillian meat/churrasco called '' Ponto K ''. We had early meal in Fast & Tasty, based nearby.

I liked that the price included breakfast.
The price included wi-fi internet . But we could not make connection. They told me it was the server... and couldn't solve my problem. Also, the restaurant's menu in the room , had choices but they didn't have lots of the choices in stock. I asked to have my frigobar refilled but they don't refill on holidays ....

Sables Hotel Guarulhos had a good airport shuttle.
The staff did not speak much English and the hotel is really just for overnight stays if in transit I think, then it is ok.

This hotel is situated perfectly close to the airport and is in a quiet spot while still being easy walking distance to some good restaurants. Rooms are clean and offer the basic amenities, with hot water available in the shower. the great service from English-speaking staff and continental breakfast are great advantages.
Some guests have reported issues with communicating with staff and trouble at check-in.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, close to the airport and with great transportation options. The free shuttle service was very convenient and reliable. The staff was friendly, from the reception to the restaurant. The room was verysuper clean and cozy, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious with many options and really set me up for the day.

As young holiday goers, we loved the complimentary airport transfer and the convenience it provided. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The free coffee and tea in the reception area was a nice touch. The hotel offered a good selection of food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was satisfying. The cost of staying at the hotel was reasonable for the quality provided.
Felt so at home, no reason to complain.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for those in between flights. The location, only 20 minutes from the airport, is extremely convenient. Despite being basic, the rooms are comfortable and come with breakfast included.
No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.
